The spotlight on Anne Audain’s long and impressive running career was again highlighted at the premier of her feature length film Running Her Way in Boise at the annual St Luke’s Fitness Celebration.  The film examines the difficult hurdles to become a long distance female runner in a male dominated sport. Annie’s triumphs literally paved the way for female runners today from 5k to full marathons – Anne blazed the trail.

As a member of the Board of Directors for Running USA and a Running USA Mentors / Ambassadors for Youth Programs, Anne is on a mission to help children get active. With such a national emphasis these days on childhood obesity, Anne makes herself available to schools and fitness events to help promote participation, generate publicity, and provide valuable consulting to race directors.

Her partnership with the Idaho Dairy Council allowed her to complete a feature length film shot in her homeland of New Zealand called Running Her Way, highlighting a journey from uncertainty to achievement. For a sneak peek of her film, please visit www.miradorassociates.com/AnneAudain. As a spokesperson for the Idaho Dairy Council, she visits schools in the area to promote proper nutrition and exercise.

In addition, Anne Audain founded the St. Luke’s Women’s Fitness Celebration, which is one of the largest participatory fitness events in the nation inspiring healthy attitudes in women and girls of all ages and abilities.

Anne enjoys speaking with young students and aspiring athletes as well as school aged children. Available to speak and premier her film at colleges/universities, sports conferences, women's conventions, and corporate programs around the United States, she has a breadth and depth of life experience in and out of the sports arena with a story that inspires all ages and genders.
